“Our fast-paced synthetic biology startup has a young workforce that is hungry for training and needs to develop a broad range of soft skills. Jo helped us craft several workshops aimed at developing managers, leaders, and individual contributors to train them how to have effective career discussions, and how to engage in difficult conversations, among various other programs.
