Celebrating Endings

I posted this video back at the beginning of summer but it’s still relevant now as it seems that many of us will continue to be working remotely as we move toward the end of 2021.

When working from home, it seems like we have fewer endpoints in our lives, defined endings to the day or to the week or work project. What’s beautiful about clear endpoints is that they give us a sense of stopping and reflecting and a way to demarcate one part of our life from another.

When you honor an ending, you make way for a new beginning. How can you create a ritual around endings whether at work, for your team, or for yourself. How do you celebrate endings with your teams?
