Our Experience

Jo Ilfeld, founder and CEO of Incite to Leadership, began her career as a management consultant in a boutique marketing wing of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where her Fortune 500 clients included companies like Johnson&Johnson, General Motors, Bayer and Monsanto. She left corporate to pursue her PhD in Business. After growing her first start-up into a million-dollar company, Jo successfully sold it (with 4 offers on the table) in a recession.
Now, Incite to Leadership is a company of premier executive coaches in the Bay Area, with more than a century of collective expertise in supporting leadership growth, agility, and excellence.
